Have the person whose blood is on the clothing spit on it and rinse it with cool water. ( Just spit, no phlegm, please!) You may need to rub it with something as well. It may take a couple of spits, but it will come out! It has something to do with your enzymes breaking down your own blood, I think. Gross, but I have raised 2 boys and it works every time for me :)
