When molten iron cools and solidifies, this is called "fusion".
Molten Iron is not a mixture because it is still iron. Melting is a physical change meaning that the chemical makeup of the iron is not changed. Its still the element iron.
Molten iron is the same element as solid iron, so the chemical symbol is Fe. Iron is not soluble in water, so you won;t find Fe(aq)

You put the ore in the furnace.. Its a bar.. Woooo you produce carbon dioxide and molten iron pour off molten iron mix with limestone and coal and last place with blast furnace

Heat lost from the substance will result in its solidification.
The earth's core, consisting primarily of molten nickel and iron, is cooling over time.
Melting iron is a strictly physical change (change of state). The molten and solid iron would be identical by any chemical test or reaction.
Molten iron.
in its core there is molten iron
Yes! The molten iron and nickel in the outer core is spinning.

Pig iron is regular iron. The "pig" part is from an older method of producing the molten iron. It was poured into a trough on the floor, and spread out into multiple side-troughs. After cooling, these side-troughs and main trough were broken up and shipped off. Diagram of cooling-troughs: I I I I I I I I I I I I -----+----+----+-----+----+----+---------- I I I I I I I I I I I I Do you see it? the center trough (------) looks like a mother PIG, and the side-troughs (I) are the PIGLETS nursing on her side. See Wikipedia for explanation of why pig iron is a low quality form of iron.
mostly iron and carbon but there are three other elements.
