There are actually a couple of different equations- there is more than one chemical reaction taking place at the same time. One gives "early" strength to concrete, one gives "late" strength.

I dont think there is an exact chemical formula for concrete itself. Firstly there are so many different types of concrete that can be made, it would be hard to give a blanket chemical formula for all of them. concrete is comprised of Cement, Sand, Stone and water with an occasional chemical admixture depending on the specified use or location of the mix. If you really wanted to I suppose one could take all of the chemical formulas for each component in a specific mix, and MASH it all together. That would give you a formula for a specific batch.
