It depends on what "foil" you're referring to. Foil is not an element or compound, but describes any type of element or compound, a metal in this case, which is compressed into sheets. Perhaps you're referring to the more common aluminum foil, in which case aluminum has a melting point of 660.32 deg C and a boiling point of 2519 deg C according to Wolfram|Alfa.

foam or foamy describes how something looks or feels. So there really is no melting point unless you say what is the foam made of.

So like the foam that comes as 'styrofoam' or DOW chemical's name for polystyrene foam, is a plastic and it will melt to goop if you heat it but are careful to not let it catch on fire.

Other kinds of 'foam' would be like foam from a can of warm Pepsi or Coke. That's just the CO2 or carbon dioxide bubling up when you open it. Its still just the same drink but it looks foamy.
