Take 1kg of classimulse PC emulsifier add 5 litres of pine oil (22 - 28% grade) and mix well for 5 minutes till a clear straw coloured microemulsion is formed. Now the concentrate is ready.
Dilution:
Take 39 litres of soft water in a plastic drum and keep seperately. Now take 1ltr of the already prepared concentrate and add 1litre of water from the 39 litres and add slowly and make a thin paste, which will be milky white. Then add this to the remaining water in the plastic drum and mix for another 5 minutes. You would get a total quantity of 40 litres of high quality white phenyle with good stability and 2 in 1 action.
The classimulse PC is a nonionic blend of surfactants which give good dirt lifting and cleaning.
