Water becomes a gas at 100 degrees celsius at sea level. Under normal conditions, it can not get any hotter. When the pressure is increased, however, the temperature at which water boils increases. So gaseous water (steam) at 257 degrees celsius, under pressure, would be considered "superheated steam."

Water has a boiling point of 100 degree Celsius or 273 Kelvin. So, the physical state of

water changes from liquid to vapour at this point.

Therefore, water at 250 degree Celsius is in vapour state.

At 257 degrees Celsius, H2O under normal atmospheric pressure would not be water, it would be a hot gas we call steam. At significantly higher enough, it might be a liquid.

If a cup of water of temperature 50 degree celsius is mixed with another cup of water of temperature 50 degree celsius the final temperature of the two combined cups of water will be 100 degree?

No, as both the temperatures are the same, you will get only 2 cups, each 50 degrees. You have to heat the cup to get 100 degree.
