Kinda surprisingly, Argon.

N2 = ~78%

O2 = ~21%

Ar = ~1%

(That's very rough!). It's a little surprising because you don't hear much about Argon but then again, it is an extremely stable (unreactive) element so it's not too astonishing to see a fair amount lying around - doing not a lot.
