There are so many things that could possibly happen if a poison blocked ATP synthesis. This will hinder all cell activities which obtain energy from ATP molecule and this could lead to loss of life as organisms depend on cell activities to survive.

I'm not sure what you mean by blocking ATP since ATP is formed at several different points in cellular respiration by substrate level phosphorylation.

But...

If a poison prevented your cells from cleaving a phosphate off ATP to make ADP, you would quickly run out of ADP to phosphorylate, cellular respiration would stop, and you would die.

It would be very lethal. The deadliest poisons are ones that inhibit cellular respiration. You would die within a few minutes.

If the meat of the human is poisoned, and the poison does not cook out in the cooking process. Then the cannibals that ingest the human would also ingest the poison.

How many water molecules will form in process of dehydration synthesis?

depends on the synthesis. Glycerine and three moles of fatty acid would produce 3 molecules of water. Acetic acid and ethanol would produce 1 molecule etc.

What step of the protein synthesis process would be disrupted if someones diet was nutricienally deficient in proteins?

there will not be enough amount of amino acids present in the protein deficient food, hence there will not be enough protein synthesis.

You could not hold it in for months unless you truly blocked it with something. Eventually, your bowels would eject it anyway. Your body will NOT let you poison yourself.

Lagging strand synthesis would be incomplete; leading strand synthesis would be unaffected.

What is the process that forms proteins such as hemoglobin?

It would be translation/transcription. Transcription= changing DNA to RNA; Tanslation= changing the RNA to proteins. The whole process is known as protein synthesis.

The ribosomes would be studied, because that is the site of protein synthesis.

Why protein synthesis important?

Protein synthesis-growth====its the process in how we grow, how characteristics are brought out in us e.g. an enxyme in your stomach digests protein. If protein synthesis didnt produce this we wouldntdigest protein. Same goes for everythng else.
