Tanks used to transport sulfuric acid are typically made from stainless steel or lined with a special corrosive-resistant material such as rubber or plastic to prevent the acid from corroding the metal. Stainless steel is preferred due to its resistance to corrosion from sulfuric acid.
Titanium is the best metal for lining a tank used to store hydrochloric acid due to its high corrosion resistance. It can withstand the harsh acidic environment, ensuring the tank's longevity and safety.
The name given to tracks on a tank is "treads" or "track links." These are the continuous band of metal plates that encircle the wheels and help propel the tank over various types of terrain.
Citric acid in small amounts is generally not harmful to a septic system. However, using large quantities of citric acid, such as from cleaning products, can disrupt the balance of bacteria in the septic tank and potentially harm the system. It is best to use citric acid products in moderation.
Yes, putting alcohol in a gas tank can be harmful as it can damage the engine and fuel system components. Alcohol can corrode metal parts and cause engine performance issues. It is not recommended to put alcohol in a gas tank.
The Vi liquid oxygen tank is a cryogenic storage tank designed to store and transport liquid oxygen. It is used in industrial, medical, and aerospace applications where a reliable and efficient supply of liquid oxygen is required. These tanks are insulated to keep the liquid oxygen at very low temperatures to maintain its liquid state.

It's metal.
Muriatic acid, which is a diluted form of hydrochloric acid, can dissolve uric acid crystals due to its strong acidic properties. However, using it in a marine holding tank is not advisable, as it can be harmful to aquatic life and disrupt the tank's ecosystem. It's better to use safer, marine-friendly cleaning methods to manage uric acid and other deposits in such environments. Always consider the impact on both the tank's inhabitants and overall water chemistry.

my owners manual for my 1993 says that it has a 20 gallon tank.
remove straps fuel lines and drop tank if its metal take some buratic acid and pour in the tank and if its real bad take a 2ft or so peice of chain and put in tank and shake it around. if its and older model you can run a little transmission fluid through by pouring in the tank before you try dropping the tank, it will make it smoke a little but the trans fluid will instick parts in 94 or earlier vehicles
