There is some anecdotal lore about in particular freshly squeezed lemon juice as a way of neutralizing a trip. It's mainly used in the context of ending a bad trip. Vitamin C specificaly is mentioned however most people who have tried vit C on a trip wouldn't say it exactly cuts off the effect.
The other case in point would naturaly be alcohol, most users report that a small ammount of alcohol does not significantly alter their experience, except for perhaps occupying a significant role during the moment that they are consuming it of course. Some say that they like to drink alcohol while on acid as a way to "take the edge off it", others mention that when your realy tripping it doesn't matter what you take or how much you drink- You're still tripping.
