Water vapor in your mouth comes from the moisture in your breath. As you exhale, water from the mucus lining in your respiratory system evaporates into the air, creating water vapor. Additionally, any liquid water in your mouth may also evaporate into water vapor.
When water condenses, it changes from a gas (water vapor) to a liquid (water droplets). This process occurs when the temperature of the water vapor decreases, causing the molecules to come together and form liquid droplets.
You mean vapor?
Water vapor turns back into liquid through a process called condensation, where the water vapor cools down and loses energy, causing the water molecules to come together and form liquid droplets. This can happen when the temperature drops, or when the air becomes saturated with water vapor.
Water vapor can come from any body of water. A glass of water will evaporate and cause water vapor. It is the gaseous phase of water that can be produced from boiling liquid water, evaporation, or the sublimation of ice. Planetary mass objects have ejected water vapor into the atmosphere.
As the water vapor cools at 101 degrees Celsius, it will undergo a phase change and condense into liquid water. This is because the cooling causes the water vapor to lose energy and come together to form liquid droplets.
"Smoke" does not come out of your mouth when it's cold. That's actually water vapor. This is because normal air that we breath everyday is partially composed of water vapor, however we don't see this vapor until the temperature drops (however the temperature at which we would see the vapor depends on the humidity of the air). So when that vapor goes from your warm lungs to the cold outside, it condenses and forms what looks like smoke.
Because you have water vapor on your mouth when you breath it out the water vapor turns to water like how rain comes
water vapor comes from the ocean water when it goes through evaporation.
the Evaporation
condensation
The cooling of water vapor to form liquid water is called condensation. It occurs when the temperature of the water vapor decreases, causing the vapor molecules to come together and form liquid droplets.
Water vapor is evaporated water, it is mainly caused by the heating of water by the sun.
Liquid water is changed to water vapor by the process of evaporation (or boiling)Water vapor forms into clouds (liquid droplets) by the process of condensation

A Crystalliser typically removes water vapor and turns it into ice crystals. The gas that would come out of a Crystalliser is generally water vapor or steam.
When you breathe out, the warm air from your lungs contains a good bit of water vapor. When it hits a cold surface (such as a cold car window, in this case) the water vapor condenses out of vapor form and forms a liquid.
when water vapour is cooled it condenses and falls as rain
