Physics has not managed to discover a particle that accounts for mass
The two particles that make up most of the mass of a hydrogen-2 atom are the proton and neutron. The proton has a positive charge and is responsible for defining the element, while the neutron has no charge and helps stabilize the nucleus.
Mass is not used as a method of counting atoms directly. Instead, the atomic mass unit (amu) is used to measure the mass of individual atoms relative to the mass of a carbon-12 atom. The mole is the unit used to count atoms, with 1 mole containing Avogadro's number of atoms.
It is usually considered to be neutrons and protons that hold most of an atom's mass, however there is one theoretical subatomic particle that is used to help explain mass, called the higgs boson particle.
Isotopes. Calcium atoms with a mass number of 40 represent the most common isotope, while those with a mass number of 48 are a less common, but still natural, isotopic form of calcium.
Nucleus - Rutherford fired particles at gold foil, and most went straight through. This showed that most of atoms are empty, and that most of the mass only occupies a small part of the atom. This part is known as the nucleus.

Neutrons is the answer. Both protons and neutrons have almost equal mass and concentrated in nucleus. Electrons have negligible mass as compared to mass of protons and neutrons and such minor figures are discarded in physics as much as mass isconcerned. Mass of electron is 1/1836 as compared to proton. But electric charge wise 'both' are equal and apposite.
