Copper is lower in the reactivity series than iron. This means copper is less reactive than iron, so it is unable to displace iron from iron sulfate solution through a displacement reaction. Only metals higher in the reactivity series can displace metals that are lower.
The reaction between copper sulfate and zinc can be represented by the following equation: CuSO4 + Zn -> ZnSO4 + Cu. In this reaction, zinc replaces copper in the copper sulfate solution, resulting in the formation of zinc sulfate and solid copper.
No it will not displace it since magnesium is higher than iron in the reactivity series :D
There is a particular reactivity series in metals, which decides that which metal is more reactive then the other. The one on the top is the most reactive and the one on the bottom is the least. The reactivity Series is as follows:1.Potassium- K -----Most reactive2.Berium-Ba3.Calcium-Ca4.Sodium-Na5.Magnesium-Mg6.Aluminium-Al7.Zinc-Zn8.Iron-Fe9.Nickel-Ni10.Tin-Tn11.Lead-Pb12.Hydrogen-H213.Copper-Cu14.Mercury-Hg15.Silver-Ag16.Gold-Au17.Platinum-Pt ------Least Reactive. Now, here we see that iron is on the top then copper. It means that iron is more reactive then copper. Thus it replaces copper in its solution.Copper sulphate solution is blue in colour but if iron comes in its contact then the solution turns green due to formation of iron sulphate.Such reaction in which one less reactive metal is displaced by a more reactive one is called 'DISPLACEMENT REACTION'Dated: 3 August 2009 Aditya Choubey.VIII B, Delhi Public School,Vijaipur, Distt. A displacement reaction takes place as magnesium is above copper in the electrochemical series. This reaction would produce copper (Cu) and magnesium sulphate (MgSO4) (sorry i cant find an arrow symbol for below) Mg + CuSO4 (arrow) Cu + MgSO4
If quantities are small mix a solution of copper sulphate in water with steel wool and leave for at least 24 hours. The liquid will turn black to form iron sulphate which is safe to flush down toilet (if any copper sulphate crystals remain after 48 hours add more steel wool and leave further). The remaining solid steel wool should be placed in plastic bag and sent to landfill.

copper is an element, you cant make copper
no it is a solution because a solution is a mixture of matter and is clear and cant see the diffrent types of matter in the mixture. a solvent is the larger part of the solution. for example say i mixed water and apple juice 70% water 30% apple juice the water would be the solvent. but if you melted metel and copper together (well mixed) more copper than metal then in that case copper would be the solvent
There is a special kind of test that can be used to identify whether proteins are present in any food or not. The presence of proteins in a food can be tested using Biuret solution, which is a mixture of sodium hydroxide solution and small amount of copper sulphate solution. A change to violet color will be observed if proteins are present in that food.

Copper is heavy and not as strong as aluminium.
Get a funnel and a beaker and something to hold the funnel over the beaker. Put a paper which is fitted to the funnel so the sand cant get through, you pour the mixture of sand and copper sulfate into the funnel. So the sand stays on top of the paper and the liquids travel through the paper into the beaker.
You cant.
it means no solution. no answer. cant be answered
