It is all because of a man named Charles Barkla. He was measuring the energy levels of X-rays, and noticed that they came in two main categories, one of which had a higher energy level than the other. He first called them A and B, then realized that there might be levels higher than the one he had called "A". Wanting to leave some room, he decided that K would be a good starting point, and if he later discovered an even higher energy levels he could call them J, I, H and so on down.
It turns out there aren't... the K-series was the highest possible energy level for a given atom. But the name had stuck by that point.

Niels Bohr proposed the existence of seven distinct energy levels or electron orbits. He received the Nobel Prize in Physics in 1922.
The electron. It is found within energy levels called orbits. They are denoted by K,L,M,N,O,......
according to charles barkles x-rays emitted from an element are of two types k radiation and l radiation he named them as A B initially but later on renamed them as K L and left rooms for undiscovered radiations from A to j. modern age it has been discovered that when electron knock out from n=1 then k radiation are produced and l radiation are produced when electron knock out from n=2.
They are named as K , L , M , N ... . Where in K is the first shell , L is the second shell , M is the third shell , N is the fourth shell and so on.
Strontium has 5 energy levels in group 2.It is represented by symbol Sr and has five energy levels K,L,M,N and 0.

Vitamin b12, Tyrosine, and L-dopa will boost energy levels.
The letters K, L, M, N, etc. denote different electron shells in an atom. Each shell represents a different energy level where electrons are found, with K being the innermost shell and letters further in the alphabet representing shells further from the nucleus. These labels come from spectroscopic notation that identifies different energy levels in atoms.
No. The rubber band stores energy as elastic potential energy. U = (1/2)*k*(L)^2 where, U is the stored energy k is the spring constant for the rubber band L is the displacement
