Both cesium and lithium react by giving up the single electron int their outer shells. Cesium has a larger atomic radius than lithium does and more electron shells between the nucleus and the outer shell. As a result, cesium's valence electron is less attracted to the nucleus than Lithium's is and is therefore more easily removed.

Cesium has a lower ionization energy than sodium, and therefore more easily donates its electrons. Remember, reactivity is measured by the elements' ability to either donate (metal, usually) or accept (nonmetal, usually) electrons.

The valence electron is further from the nucleaus therefore making it easier to be snatched by a group 6 or 7 atom (fluorine for example) This is caused by a weaker pull by the protons (electrostatic attraction is inversely proportianol to distance (possibly squared)) and by shielding from the other electrons.

Cs has more electrons (44 more electron) than Na. The electrons in the outer electronshell are further away from the positive nucleus because there are many more electron shells.

Because the valence electrons are further from the nucleus they are not held as tightly by the atom, this means that it takes less energy to remove the electron in the outer electron shell from Cs.

So it is more reactive.
