A Volumetric Pipette is the most accurate and used for titration calculations, if you include that as a type of pipette then it is FAR more accurate than a graduated cylinder. A beaker is very inaccurate so don't even go there.

Your measurements may me slightly off if a beaker is used to measure water over a graduated cylinder. The graduated cylinder offers higher precision as it offers more measurement lines.

Graduated cylinders tend to have higher precision (ie there are more measurement lines) than beakers

Yes it does. Much more accurate for water displacement exercises.

Beakers are not considered to be measuring devices. Their inaccuracy can be as high as 10% for even a 250 mL beaker.
