Im pretty sure they need there own room. All kids should have there own room because it more privcy and nice and everything and pretty much all kids should :)
No you don't. It depends if the extra bed you may have is uncomfortable (or you just have a couch to sleep on) and the person or persons are elderly then it would be nice if you gave up your room. If the guest is capable of sleeping on an extra bed or couch then this is acceptable.
Living room is to couch as diner is to booth.
To successfully transition a toddler from sleeping in a toddler bed in their parents' room to sleeping in their own room, parents can gradually introduce the new sleeping arrangement by creating a comfortable and familiar sleep environment in the child's room. This can include using their favorite bedding, nightlights, and comforting bedtime routines. Parents should also establish consistent bedtime and wake-up times to help the child adjust to the new routine. Additionally, offering reassurance and positive reinforcement can help the child feel secure and confident in their new sleeping space.
The standard in family court is 'the best interest of the child' - now let's face it, it can be a tough world out there, if the mother can provide a couch and the father is homeless, the couch will win, but if the father is capable of providing better living quarters, that would definitely be a factor. You really have to look at the totality of the circumstances. that depends it would probaly be better to have your own room but hey maybe she could get a day bed or somthing(thats a couch that turns into a bed it depends on how much your there
yes it is possible
It is totally fine for a kid of any age to be sleeping in their parents bed as long as it gets that kid to sleep

CPS does not have a specific requirement for each child to have their own room. However, they do consider factors such as the safety and suitability of the living arrangements, including the availability of appropriate sleeping areas for children. It is important that children have a safe and comfortable place to sleep.
