To make a cat in the hat hat first you will need:

1.white paper

1.red paper or red felts to make the white paper red if u dont have any red paper.

3.scissors

4.glue or sticky tape

First u get the paper and make a circle so it can fit arond ur head and then cut a hole in the midddle to make in stay on ur head. Then get two peices of white paper and stick them together so one is on top and one is on the bottom.Then get the white paper and cut out some strips that are the same height and same length and colour them in red with ur felt.Now what u do is stick the red paper on the white paper but make sure you leave some white gaps then stick each end of the red ad white striped paper together. Now cut out a circle from another piece of white paper and stick it on top of ur hat and stick ur bottom circle at the bottom of ur hat but just remember to make sure it fits on ur head.
