its three years later gregor is 15 lizzie is 12 and boots is 6. there is an earthquake that uncovers a new intrance to the underland and the gnawers come and steal back gregor to fufill a new prophecy to uncover the truth about gregor and luxa (love)

The author has been working on The Hunger Games Series, but plans on adding more to Gregor's adventure shortly after. Lets face it the story was not completed yet. There is still a prophecy containing Gregor and the chemistry between Luxa and Gregor must be followed up. So cross your fingers!

No, there is not going to be a sixth book.
Although there is no official conclusion in The Rage Tide stating it is the last book, it wraps the series up very well, seems extremely conclusionary, and ends with:*spoilers below*

-the marriage of Sepia and Urchin

-the death of Crispin

As of now, there are no plans for a book 6 in the Underland Chronicles series by Suzanne Collins. The series concluded with "Gregor and the Code of Claw."
