The last book is called, "Twelfth Grade Kills" I am not entirely sure but i have read that the guy modeling for the CoVT books is a guy named Lawrence Prince. What i know and read is that Vlad has long raven black hair with bangs and dark onyx eyes, they turn purple when he touches glyphs. He is pale and also said to look like a younger version of his father Tomas Tod too.
