There is no evidence of a Queen in the great pyramid. You might be confused by the so called "Queen's chamber". The chamber was not named that because there might be a Queen there, but it is just a modern name with no solid proof. There was no-one found in the tomb, whether Queen, Pharoah or grave robber.

They had to build the King's Chamber in the heart of the pyramid, and make tunnels leading to the King's Chamber but the Grand Gallery route to the King's Chamber is seal off with granite blocks
