HUBLI: If every engineer works with a vision, the country can grow by leaps and bounds, said Trilok Nath Perti, General Manager of the South Western Railway. Laying six lanes with 60 tonne capacity road vehicles, energy through edible oil and similar innovations may materialise in the days to come. Engineers have to have an imagination and should work in that direction till the goal is achieved," he said. N.V.P.S. A person who builds roads or buildings is typically called a construction worker or a civil engineer, depending on their specific role. Construction workers are involved in the hands-on tasks of building, while civil engineers design and oversee the construction processes. Additionally, specialized roles such as contractors or builders may also be involved in these projects.
A typical team that designs a major building includes architects, who create the overall design and aesthetics; structural engineers, who ensure the building's integrity and stability; mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) engineers, who focus on the building's systems; and landscape architects, who design outdoor spaces. Additionally, project managers oversee the entire process, coordinating between different teams, while cost estimators manage budgets and timelines. Each member plays a crucial role in bringing the vision of the building to life while ensuring safety and functionality.
The most basic difference is the education. A civil engineer does usually have a degree in engineering. A landscape architect is more artistic then a civil engineer. Civil engineer deals with the actual building while a landscape architect deals with the landscaping outside the building.

Role of fresh civil engineer in the industry is very vital. He should give much concentration on gaining experience from seniors. One thing he/she must kept in mind that practice makes man perfect. The more he/she try to learn better they become perfect civil engineers in future. Civil engineer give much stress on qyality control which todays civil engineers donot give.
civil engineering has a very difficult but important role, they are the first to go in a site ( place where in the building planing to build) because they make sure that the area is safe. they are the planner and the supervisor of the building that was made of.
so there is no favoritism to any religious group
