e.g

Electrical - MATLAB, OCTAVE, PSPICE , STEP7, C++(lang), Microcontroller, Arduino , Digital multimeter, microcontroller burner, etc

dynamics is basically subject which is more useful in mechanical engg but nowadays when earthquake design of building has gained importance, we, the civil engineers use the dynamic study for the structures to get help regarding earthquake design

How does a mechanical engineer differ from a civil engineer?

Both mechanical engineering and civil engineering basically deal with mechanics - studies of forces and their effects over a stationary body or a body in motion. Mechanical engineers, as the name suggests, use principles of mechanics as well as thermodynamics to design machines like steam engines, petrol engines, diesel engines, boilers, etc. Whereas a civil engineer uses principles of mechanics as well as the knowledge of properties of materials to design buildings, dams, bridges, harbors, airports etc.

What is the highest qualification in civil engineering?

The highest academic qualifications in civil engineering are the PhD or EngD (Doctor of Philosophy or Doctor of Engineering in Civil Engineering respectively). The highest professional qualification depends on the country. In the UK this is Chartered Engineer status and the individual will also be either a Member or Fellow of the Institution of Civil Engineers (MICE / FICE), or Institution of Structural Engineers (MIStrucE / FIStrucE). In the US, a professional engineer will be granted Professional Engineer status (and is entitled to use the post-nominal letters PE).
