Adolph Marx, 'Harpo' was a member of the comic troupe The Marx Brothers. He got his nickname because precisely, he knew how to play the harp, in fact, he made a really big effort to learn it, so he used to play it in all his movie appearances. He was born in New York City the 23 of November of 1988, the second of five brothers, he was part of one of the most famous comedy acts of show business. In A Night in Casablanca, Harpo also "speaks" in the scene where he is taste-testing Groucho's food by acting like a seal and vocalizing seal sounds. It is also implied that Harpo is singing in the opening scene of Monkey Business (1931), where the four Marx Brothers, stowed away in barrels aboard a cruise liner, sing a four-part harmony of "Sweet Adeline."
