An Island of Jersey 1945 bronze One Twelfth of a Shilling (Elizabeth II)(Liberated 1945), uncirculated and in absolute mint condition could fetch up to £10 GBP. If it has been circulated but still in good condition, it might fetch anything up to £5 GBP.

A reputable coin dealer will be able to give a more accurate valuation.

NOTE - the same coin was also issued in 1945, 1949, 1950 and 1952 with no perceptible differences. It was again issued in 1954 with the same reverse, but Elizabeth II on the obverse.
