I can't tell the date of this inquiry and whether anyone has responded. The Autumn Leaf pattern for Serv' Elegance is similar to Russel Wright's Botanica pattern for Knowles. Some people think it is Wright, others not. In any case not many people collect this. It may be rare, but probably not valuable. A teapot in another Serv' Elegance pattern known to be by Wright sold on eBay recently for $25. If your pitcher is in excellent condition it might sell for something similar if it's a full size pitcher; less if it's a creamer.

Autumn in American English refers to the season between summer and winter, characterized by falling leaves, cooler temperatures, and shorter days. It is also known as fall in American English.
If an American said it was "fall," it would be described as autumn in Britain. The term "fall" is not commonly used in British English, with the preferred term being "autumn."
