It depends on the condition of the penny. Go to eBay and see what similar pennies are selling for.
Coin values are based on the quality of the grade and the scarcity of the coin. To get a fair idea of the quality and value of your coin, I suggest you go to http://www.pcgs.com/ where you can learn how to at least estimate the quality and research the fair value. Ultimately, the coin is only as valuable as someone is willing to pay for it. An average circulated brown hued 1907 Indian is generally valued at about $3.00. NEVER try to clean a coin to get a better price for it. Cleaning coins detracts from their value!

The 2 half 1907 stamps are worth 30 cents. There are however very hard to find.

No Indian Head cent had a mintmark until 1908, so the 1898 cent will not have one.
You can find a 1898 half penny for sale online for $8 or less. This is for one from Great Britain.

Please look at your pocket change. Billions were minted and anything you find in circulation is worth one cent
If you are in Jamaica, it's worth one penny. If you are in the US, it's worth what someone will pay you for it. Jamaica money used to be hard to find but as it increases in popularity as a tourist destination its rarity in the US. is quickly dwindling.
