This date there were so many of them made that the coin would have to be a one of a kind high grade, or a rare variety for it to demand much of a premium over 50 cents. There were so many made, and the survival rate is also high enough that these coins do not demand much of a premium yet.
The answer will depend on what cents: US cents, Euro cents or other countries' cents. Different countries use different coinage: the US has a 25 cents coin but but not 20 cents whereas the Euro has a 20 cent coin and not 25.
