In the past couple of years, the Russian government was put thousands of 91/30 rifles and M38 and M44 carbines on the market- most in excellent condition. Due to the numbers, prices on these are very low- $100 or less. However, they can be great shooting rifles.
The BMW M44 engine uses a chain to drive the two overhead camshafts. You can see a good illustration at http://www.realoem.com.

The value of an Olivetti M44 typewriter can vary significantly based on its condition, age, and whether it includes original packaging or accessories. Generally, prices can range from $50 to $300, with well-preserved models or those in excellent working condition fetching higher amounts. Vintage typewriter collectors and enthusiasts often drive the market, so pricing may fluctuate based on demand. For an accurate estimate, checking online marketplaces or auction sites for comparable sales can be helpful.
