Value depends upon almost two many variables to answer: is it new? is in in good condition? how old is it? what series was it printed in? what country is it from? how many were printed? etc. etc. Go to a hobby store and ask about price lists. Look in want ads in monthly magazines for stamp dealers who want to sell you stamps. They usually have a small catalog as a give away for an interested parties. Even when you find a published price, the buyer is going to want to pay less than valued. He wants a resale and needs to make a profit.
