A good deal on a footlocker is between $35 and $50. However, I've seen them go for over $150! Make sure there isn't any mold/cracks/warpage/etc. Good Luck!

If it is a foot locker from the 2nd world war and it is in good condition with not a spec of rust on it, and the hinges don't squeak when you open the door (not that you can't fix that),and the paints not pealing, and there's no dents in it or anything of that nature, its not worth anything.I took mine to a place but it was from the 1st world war and the guy said it was worth more to scrap than to sell.I'm kidding I know nothing about this subject
The value of a vintage GI Joe and foot locker can vary significantly based on factors like condition, rarity, and completeness. Generally, a complete vintage GI Joe figure from the 1960s can range from $50 to several hundred dollars, while the foot locker itself might add an additional $50 to $150. If the items are in excellent condition or are rare variations, they could be worth even more. For an accurate assessment, consider consulting a collector's guide or an appraisal expert.
