Find a gunsmith and ask for help.
Okay, IF you are NOT familiar with handguns, then I would suggest the above advice.
UNLOAD THE WEAPON AND PUT THE AMMUNITION AWAY! KEEP THE UNLOADED MAGAZINE HANDY!
First, goto http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/MAB_Model_D to determine if you have a Type I or Type II pistol. If you have a T2, push in the barrel bushing and give it a half turn. Then gently pull on the nut and attached spring until it comes off the barrel. Next, lock the pistol and slide back all the way, and give the barrel a twist until it unlocks and rotates 180 degrees. The slide should want to come off with a forward motion at this point. Be careful as the firing pin, spring, and weight are going to want to pop off at this point, simply put them away. You now have a disassembled pistol except for the trigger mechanism, which I have not yet seen a point in playing with yet. Anyone with questions may E-mail me (as I am sure there are few others with one of these, so I don't mind) at abcbroussard@hotmail.com. Simply put "MAB Modele D" in the Subject line and be patient for a return and I would be happy to answer questions about this rather irritating, but fun pistol,.

A small pistol chambered in 32 ACP
What model?
The French MAB 7.65 Cal. Brevete Model D is normally chambered for the 7.65x17mm Browning SR, which is the same as .32 ACP. This is a pretty common round, which can easily be found at any local gun shop and many sporting goods stores. You can also buy it through mail order outlets. Whether this is cheaper depends on the cost of shipping the ammo.
Yes, 7.65 is the European designation for the .32 Automatic cartridge.
