If it is an original photograph by Bob Carlos Clarke, yes, it is almost certainly worth a very good deal of money. Chances are, though, rather than an original photograph, what you have is more likely a giclée print of a photograph, which Clarke produced in conjuction with the galleries in which he showed. Not to worry- such signed and numbered prints still sell, at least at gallery prices, for anywhere between $12,000- $18,000. Private sales would almost certainly be less, but you get an idea of value.
One should note, if what you have is, indeed, an original signed photograph, rather than a giclée print, such a thing would expect to very- very- well at auction. As England's Eyestorm Gallery still deals in Clarke's prints, if your intent is to sell, you can contact them for specifics (Eyestorm.com). Opus Art Gallery, also in located in England, is also a listed dealer (opusunderground.com).
