Neither the original copper or the newer version copper-zinc penny is magnetic. The 1943 steel penny was the only penny effected by a magnet.

In 1943, to save copper for the war effort pennies were struck in zinc coated steel, however some copper blanks made their way into the press and were struck by accident, there are only a handful of known genuine examples of a copper 1943 penny and they can be worth in excess of 1 million dollars. However, steel 1943 pennies are incredibly common and are worth about 5 cents in circulated condition or a buck or two if uncirculated. An easy way to check if you have a steel or a copper penny is to hold a magnet up to it, the magnet will stick to the steel penny and not the copper penny.

The most valuable "Wheat Penny" is an error coin not a regular issue coin. The only known example of a 1943-D Lincoln cent that was struck on a bronze planchet by mistake instead of steel, sold in 2010 for a little more than 1.7 MILLION dollars. For regular issue coins the 1909-S VDB is still the King.
If the penny was made pre-1982, it weighs 3.11 gm and is made of bronze containing 95% copper. That means it contains 0.95 * 3.11 = 2.955 gm of pure copper. If the penny was made post-1982, the penny will weigh 2.5 gm and be made of 97.5% zinc with a coating of copper, so it only contains 0.025 * 2.5 = 0.0625 gm of pure copper.
There is no such thing as a lead penny. In 1945 they were made of copper and zinc. If your penny is indeed lead then it is a counterfeit and is worth nothing. However, if it is copper then it is worth only a few cents in circulated condition.
It's only worth around 3-12 cents, depending on condition. It's not rare, and it doesn't contain valuable metal (just 2 cents' worth of copper).

no a penny is copper... Actually not since 1982.... In the middle of that year the rising price of copper forced the Mint to change the coin's composition to zinc with a thin copper plating. The copper plating is only 2.5% of the coin's composition.
Very, very little. All pennies made since 1982 (some 1982 coins are made out of a 95% copper bronze alloy, others are copper-plated zinc) are copper plated zinc and only contain a very small amount of copper. Since this isn't an alloy and it wears off during use, it really isn't possible to calculate just how much copper is in there, but suffice to say it isn't much at all.
