The face value of an Easter Seal is zero. Beyond that, if you happen to find a collector it is entirely subjective what they are willing to pay.
Since the seals are intended to be used to spread awareness, there is no deliberate attempt by the charity which makes them to encourage a secondary market.
As such the value on them has never really gone up by any staggering amount. Entire sheets from the 1950's to the present rarely sell for more than $1 to $5. Stamps from before 1950 would be worth slightly more.
