It would depend on their size, clarity, color, and I'd imagine there would be a healthy markup if their origin was proven. The only remotely comparable gem would be the faceted peridot, newly named "palladot", from pallasite meteorites, which commands far higher prices than terrestrial peridot.

Diamonds made in the laboratory are indeed diamonds. As gemstones, they are worth less than natural diamonds, given that all characteristics are equal: carat weight, colour, clarity and cut.
Take the raw stones to a certified gemologist who can document them for you. Once you know more about their value, you'll have a better chance of selling them for what their worth. If the stones are raw, you may want to sell them to a diamond cutter. Of course, you could always sell them to a collector of space diamonds, so long as you have the certified documentation of their origin.

It's worth whatever someone will pay you for it.You can take it to a pawn shop, or a jeweler and ask. Man-made diamonds are less expensive than natural diamonds.
