What does a fairy godmother look like?

Fairy Godmothers are about 3 foot, 6 inches (give or take an inch). They often have greyish blue hair, often shoulder length. They are often dressed in blue puffy dresses, and are armed with a gold star wand. The shaft of the wand be a light baby blue. Very rarely do Fair Godmothers have any sort of glasses, as they can just cast a spell to improve their eyesight! But occasionally you may stumble upon one who just enjoys the look of their glasses. :)
