Cachet refers to a design printed on an envelope. It is often found on First Day Covers and Special Event covers. Before collectors got really interested in the postmarks, First Day Covers were identified simply by the cancellation.
Early cachet covers are unusual and bring a premium. Later FDCs and events without cachet are going to be worth considerably less.
OG means Original Gum. This indicates the stamp has never been used and has been kept away from moisture so that the gum applied when the stamp was made is still intact.
CV means catalog value. In most instances you can buy a stamp for much less than catalog value. It is not uncommon to be able to buy them for 25-50% of CV. Of course, that also means that selling a stamp for 25% of CV is a good deal, more likely get about 10%, unless it is a very high value stamp.

On Cover refers to a stamp being on an envelope, canceled and used for postage. In many cases stamps are worth more on cover with special cancellations then they are mint. You should always consider carefully before removing a stamp from an envelope. It could be a First Day of Issue, or a commemorative cancellation. It might also be a special date that is related to the stamp or a historical event.

Imperf is the abbreviations for Imperforate. Perforations are the holes or cuts made to allow you to separate stamps in a sheet or roll. Imperforate means that the stamp is either intentionally made like that, requiring the user to use scissors to cut them apart, or that the step was missed, creating an error.
MNH means Mint - Never Hinged. That means the original gum is intact and has not been damaged by the use of a hinge, a mounting method that can leave residue and remove some of the original gum.
