"XF" (sometimes written as "EF") means "Extremely Fine" - a coin that shows a few slight traces of wear, but not much, and only on the coins highest points. Depending on the age of the coin, it may still have some of its natural lustre (the shine it had when it was initially minted) left.
Transfer. XF, sometimes also written as XFER, means Transfer To/From an Account.
