Regular issue stamps are those issued for everyday use , to pay ordinary postage, usually kept available for a relatively long period of time and sold in huge quantities. They are often reprinted when more are needed They are also called definitives. Most of them are smaller in size than the special stamps which are printed in smaller quantities and sold for a limited period of time or until they sell out.
