I bought a 10 Mark Allierte Militärbehörde note yesterday (30June2013)for GBP3.00 at a boot sale in the UK, not sure if it was worth it but it is interesting for me.
"Zwanzig Mark Alliierte Militarbehorde" is German for "20 Mark Allied Military Authorities." These notes were printed by the Allied Authority in Germany after the end of the Second World War, and the date on the note is likely 1944. These notes are not particularly rare, so it is likely worth less than $5US.
Please check again and post a new, separate and more specific question. "Funfzig" means fifty in German so it can't also be denominated at 100 marks. Allierte militarbehorde ("Allied military authority") notes were issued by the Allied victors in WWII to replace the worthless currency of the defeated Nazis.

"Deutschland" is German for "Germany". It's not a denomination. You need to look for a value indicator, like "pfennig" or "groschen" or "mark" or "Euro" or something to figure out how much it's worth.
A 1944 Deutschland 5 Reichsmark banknote is a common piece of currency from Nazi Germany and is not considered rare or valuable. In circulated condition, it may be worth around $5-10 to a collector.
Unless it's uncirculated, about 30¢ (face value)
