As with all things collectable the value is only what:
1) The buyer is willing to pay.
2)What the owner is willing to sell an item for.
Rarity and demand do not always sinc.
If an item is too rare it may not bring a great return because there are too few to create a demand.
If there are enough of a given item to justify the cost of promoting/ advertising it the "value" may increase if enough buyers become aware of it, and thus create a demand.
Any (glass) inaugeral item that is 50+ years old is only a collecters item. It will have little or no investment potential.
To the collector of inuageral bottles it would be desirable to ad to their collection.
Items such as this are more vauable for trading/ (I've got You've got, lets make an ever trade kind of thing).
That said you may be able to get $5 on Ebay.

Value of the Austin Nichols and Company Wild Turkey 101 Liquor Bottle
The value of a blue bottle labeled "KY Liquor DR 6-230 Bottle 9 611" can vary significantly based on several factors including its brand, age, rarity, and condition. If it is a limited edition or a collectible item, it might be worth more to collectors. For an accurate appraisal, consulting a liquor expert or checking recent auction results for similar bottles would be advisable.
generally speaking liquor doesn't change once its in a bottle, the only time that age effects flavor is when it is in a barrel. your bottle probably is not much more valuable than a brand new bottle of black.
whatever one is willing to pay for it. whatever one is willing to pay for it.
