fb rogers tea and coffee pot sets marked 1883 are not from 1883 that is the year that the company was founded, they could be from the 1950s or 1970s or newer! The company is still in business and lots of people own them!! They are worth $5 to $21 per piece maybe a little more for a large item

Unfortunately, pattern 523 isn't one listed on Replacements, Ltd., so I can't say with 100% certainty that your item is silver plated rather than sterling, but most of the products this company made were quadruple silver plate over copper. Check the bottom of one of the items. If it doesn't say "sterling," the item is silver plated.

If you have the original serving tray, this set could set for $100-350, depending on style and condition. Without the tray, you're unlikely to get $100, maybe $40-60, because the set is incomplete.

On the positive side, your pattern does not appear to be in common circulation, so if it's attractive you may receive a premium. Of course, genuine sterling sets sell for much more (sometimes thousands), and should be appraised before listing.
