The value depends on a few things about the stamp:

a) if it is used or unused

b) the size of the perforations (need a perforation guide to measure)

There are two options that it can be:

Scott Catalogue number 567, printed in 1923. Unused, the catalogue value is $20.00, unhinged is $42.50, used is $0.30.

Scott Catalogue number 698, printed in 1931. Unused, the catalogue value is $7.75, unhinged is $12.00, used is $0.25.

The difference above is the perforations. 567 has size 11 all around and 698 is 10 1/2 by 11.

One thing to note is that true market value is dependent on a variety of things. Generally the market value is a fraction of the catalogue value. Generally around 60% or more off the value.
