It is not possible to value a set of coins sight unseen. There would be a few years missing since British Pennies were not minted in all years and in some years there was only a token quantity struck which are all in museums or the collections of very wealthy collectors.

Assuming that they are circulated coins in good or better condition, the more recent coins might get a few pence each with the older coins getting up to maybe a pound or two each.

Take your collection to a reputable coin dealer for and appraisal.

That's a very broad question. Take a look at the price guides linked here, for one starting place: http://www.coinclub.com/prices/ In circulated condition, wheat-back cents from 1940 or newer are worth about 3 cents apiece -- circulated memorial cents have no added value.
