Based on the current results of coin auctions, an 1882 Alfonso 4 peso gold coin amounts to 4,500 US dollars. If one would have an 1880 Alfonso 4 peso gold coin which is much rarer, my guess it would fetch nearly 10,000 US dollars or more. But until to date, no collection / owner has been known to have surfaced an 1880 date. Only 1882 and 1885 has been recorded.
well according to my coin book, its worth approximatly 1,298$ its a very rare coin. collectors long for that specific coin

The value of a 1949 cinco pesetas coin can vary based on its condition, rarity, and demand among collectors. Typically, these coins are not highly valuable and may range from a few dollars to around $20 in average circulated condition. However, uncirculated or well-preserved examples could fetch higher prices. For an accurate valuation, it's best to consult a coin dealer or refer to a current coin pricing guide.

There is no such thing - the British currency is the Pound, the Spanish currency was Pesetas until the Euro.
A 1881 25 peseta Spanish gold coin is worth its gold bullion value in circulatred condition (about $400 in February 2012), up to about $600 in choice uncirculated condition. It is considered the most common date for known surviving 25-peseta coins. The coin features the new "bearded" head of Alfonso XII. There are A FEW 1881 examples of "beardless" Alfonso XII (as he appeared on coins from 1876 through 1880) that managed to be minted. These seldom come to auction and are extremely rare. In 2011 one came to auction but its 50,000 euro reserve price was not met.
