The value of an silver teapot creamer and sugar set marked WM Rogers 800 is approximately 122 British pound sterling.
The hallmark (eagle)WmRogers(star) was in use between 1827 & 1841, The 433 is I'm guessing after much research a catalog or style number. I happen to have the creamer and sugar bowl in exactly that pattern 433. 99.999% of wm rogers silver is plated it would have to be an exceptional piece to be worth very much. I do know that it's plated copper as the plate on the set I have is starting to go I think it looks better copper personally.
The value of a silver teapot, creamer, and sugar set marked "3081" can vary significantly based on several factors, including the maker, age, condition, and market demand. If it is made of sterling silver, its value will also be influenced by the current silver market price. An appraisal by a qualified antique dealer or a professional appraiser can provide a more accurate estimate. Generally, such sets can range from a few hundred to several thousand dollars depending on these factors.
You probally need to find appraiser because none of wm Rogers sites offer answers to our questions

Creamer and sugar dated around 1769 any pictures or info?
it is very bad as it contains corn syrup solids. once diluted in a liquid the crystals form into glucose. experiment, measure your sugar levels prior to drinking a glass of water with two tablespoons of that creamer. you will notice a spike in your sugar level.
You can, it's just not marked as such. Basic powdered or confectioner's sugar unless it is marked 10x is the same as 4x powdered sugar.
Yes, if it is used as the liquid in the frosting, half & half is fine in buttercream frosting.
