There were no Morgan silver dollars minted in 1804. The first year of mintage for them was 1878.
Check the weight. All 1804 silver dollars are extremely rare, but a genuine one will have a specific weight. A class 1 will weigh 26.96 grams, class 2 is 24.711 grams, and class 3 is between 27.15 and 27.41 grams. The only authentic class 2 coin is owned by the Smithsonian.

The average weight of these coins is about 27 grams for a relatively unworn specimen, but because there are multiple varieties and they were struck at different times - none actually in 1804 - weights can vary. Also remember that all "official" 1804 dollars have been accounted for long ago. Copies, replicas, and outright fakes are all over the place.

The U.S. didn't make any half dollars dated 1804.
This is NOT an original 1804 silver dollar. The value is only worth what the metal is worth. If it's made out silver it will be worth more than if it just has a silver plating with some like a stainless steel core.
