Make a box within a box. First make a small box and a lid out of cardboard, line the inside with aluminum foil, don't forget the lid. Use duck tape to keep the lid on tight. Now make another, larger box just like the first one with foil too that the small box fits inside and leave a gap of a inch on all sides, top and bottom. Fold a couple pieces of the cardboard to make a stand that the little box sits on. Tape the lid shut.
