GSAC was a self-slabbing coin dealer that put his own coins into those holders and graded them however he wanted. His operation lasted less than a year, and then was gone. He was not alone -- there are a number of these "self-slabbers" out there, which are virtually all untrustable for their grading. The only value of these slabs is the hard plastic around your coin -- forget whatever grade is on the holder.
